I have 4 of these and was considering another. They are extremely useful. BUT When I bought these in August 07 They were $11.99 each. I found this to be a reasonable price and a good value. $79.99 is absurd. Is this a typo or a multi-pack?? I find no reference to more than one being sold so it is either a major typo or highway robbery. I certainly hope it is the former and will be corrected soon.

Well constructed, a lot heavier than I thought. With it full of clothes it weights more than I’d like. You would not want to put damp or wet clothes in this hamper. The fact that it is lined with plastic would set up conditions for mildew. I’m not sure how well it will wipe down if there are marks on the outside muslin fabric. It could show water marks if you tried to wipe or wash the marks away. I may go back to the little mesh foldables and save my back.

I searched for two months for a good, solid, inexpensive laundry hamper. I searched stores and online, and finally decided on this one. The price can’t be beat, and I am happy to report that this is an excellent choice!!! The package arrived flat, and the hamper unfolded easily and has a good shape to it. It does not retain any odor (and if it did- the basket is easy enough to clean) and fits in with any decor. Its a great size and holds around two loads. I live in a small NYC apartment- with a small washer and dryer in the apartment, and this is the perfect hamper!

How can you dig a laundry hamper? It is very functional and well made. We have ending up using it as our family’s clean sock holder. My wife hates sorting socks so they all end up in this hamper as a just in time, on demand sock distribution system.
